By providing my information and submitting this form, I hereby indefinitely grant the following rights and permissions to Tia Hall and her legal representatives and assigns, and those for whom the Photographer is acting, and those acting with her authority and permission. They have the absolute right to take, edit, alter, copy, distort, crop, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me by her or her assigns. This release also applies to any of my dependents in the photographs in consideration.
I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of Tia Hall and that I will receive no financial compensation now or in the future relating to the use of the images. I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve any finished product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection with such photographs or the use to which it may be applied.
I hereby hold harmless and release Tia Hall from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate may have by reason of this authorization.
I understand that any money paid is for services rendered and not for the images themselves unless copyright is granted to me in writing by the photographer or those acting with her authority and permission to grant it.
I warrant that I am of the age of consent (18 years or older) and that I am competent to contract in my own name and for any dependents. I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release.
